Since STAR TREK: PICARD was set thirty years after the end of TNG, the producers gave the Romulans a new type of Warbird, which was the mainstay of their fleet. It was designed by John Eaves who based the shape on a condor and saw it as an evolution of his own design for the Valdore. The Eaglemoss model has a wingspan of 21 cm.
