Dear customer, in this section you will find a detailed explanation of the delivery times of our products, as we deal with the sale of collector's items, which are dealt with in the form of pre-orders. That is why on our page you will find different delivery dates or pre-stocking in the AVAILABILITY column.

STOCK ITEMS

The first option is, of course, ideal condition, i.e. items marked with green letters IN STOCK, such goods are physically in stock with us and are usually sent within one working day (depending on the chosen payment method).

PRE-ORDER

PRE-ORDER is very specific to the collectibles we specialize in. The manufacturer's products marked in this way allow you to pre-order goods that the manufacturer has not actually produced yet and will only physically go on sale in the future. The reason for this is the exclusivity and small number of pieces produced, compared to classic consumer goods. It often happens that such limited or limited edition collectibles are sold out long before they physically go on sale and the customer has the opportunity to secure a collectible item by early pre-ordering. These products are marked in blue PRE-ORDER in the availability column. The given date is a preliminary date for stocking at the manufacturer and the date may change, which we are unable to influence in any way. This can happen, for example, in the case of license restrictions, delays in production (often these objects are produced and painted by hand, etc.

EARLY ORDER NOTICE!

If you are interested in a pre-order product, we recommend that you create a pre-order well in advance of the preliminary stocking date in distribution. This will increase the probability of your order being stocked in the first issue. However, if you create a pre-order for a product whose preliminary stocking date at the manufacturer is expected to be, for example, 5/5/2023, and you create a pre-order on 5/1/2023, it is very likely that your order will not be filled in the first expected issue and you will have to wait for the next one, which may be even a few months later. At the same time, a timely order increases the probability that you will receive the ordered piece (applies especially to very small limited editions, e.g. 5000 pieces worldwide, etc.). We therefore recommend always ordering well in advance!
Here you will find manufacturers that traditionally experience delays with certain models or items:

FUNKO – the manufacturer of beautiful POP collectible figures very often prefers its primary market in the USA, and some models may arrive in the Czech Republic with a delay of several months (applies only to pre-orders, and not goods in stock or available within 10-15 days).

DIAMOND SELECT – the manufacturer of action figures and statuettes unfortunately began to experience production delays after the covid period, and nowadays it is not uncommon for the most popular licenses such as Marvel, Disney, etc. to be delayed by several months (applies only to pre-orders, and not goods in stock or available within 10-15 days).

UNITED CUTLERY – unfortunately, the manufacturer of beautiful movie replica swords and other movie collectibles traditionally does not have time to satisfy the demand, and for example Lord of the Rings swords or Rambo knives there is usually a delay of several months (applies only to pre-orders, and not goods in stock or available within 6-12 days).

TRICK OR TREAT – the manufacturer of high-end latex masks is unable to supply a sufficient number of masks to the market in the long term due to the hand painting of the masks. Unfortunately, for selected models, a six-month or longer delay is also characteristic (applies only to pre-orders, and not goods in stock or available within 10-15 days).

QUANTUM MECHANIX - manufacturer of figurines and statuettes. Compared to warehousing in other parts of the world, the manufacturer of goods delivers some products to the EU even with a difference of several months. (only applies to pre-orders, and not goods in stock or available within 10-15 days).

PRIME1 – manufacturer of luxury, hand-painted sculptures. Due to the detail and hand painting in the strictly limited edition, there is normally a manufacturer delay (applies to pre-orders only, and not items in stock or available within 10-15 days).

HOT TOYS – maker of deluxe one-sixth scale figures, with hand-painted heads and hand-stitched costumes. Due to the detail and complexity of processing, there is usually a delay by the manufacturer (applies only to pre-orders, and not goods in stock or available within 10-15 days).

ORDER NOW, RECEIVE IN 10-15 DAYS

Products marked in orange in the availability box ORDER NOW, RECEIVE IN 10-15 DAYS are products that are not physically in stock with us, but are available from suppliers and will arrive within 10-15 days of the order.

ON ORDER

Products marked in black letters in the availability TO ORDER box are marked products that are not physically in stock with us and need to be ordered from foreign manufacturers. The delivery time for such a product is usually 25-30 days.

Please note: the replicas of bracelets in our offer are jewelery within the meaning of Act No. 539/92 Coll. on hallmarking and assaying of precious metals. These are luxury collector's items from a limited edition or they are metal costume jewelry, i.e. jewelry made of hypoallergenic metal with a gold-plated finish. The term bijouterie includes jewelry, haberdashery or other decorative clothing accessories made of metals, glass, organic materials such as leather, dried fruit or wood, or synthetic materials (with the exception of goldsmith's items made of precious metals) and precious stones.

Buying in the JediSHOP e-shop is very simple and intuitive. If you are still not sure, our short guide will certainly help you with a comfortable purchase.

The first step is to select a product, if you have selected a product, click on the "Add to cart" icon. With this step, the goods you have selected will be added to the basket and you now have two options. If you wish to order additional goods, click on "Continue shopping" and simply add additional goods to the basket. If you already have all the goods you want in the basket, click on "Order goods".

You have now reached the page where you have summarized all the goods in the basket, here you can also adjust the quantity of the goods, just click on the digit in the number of pieces, adjust the required number and then click on "Recalculate / Save". Another option is to delete the item in the cart by clicking the red " X " button.

You can enter additional information for the merchant in the note field and the next step is to select the appropriate transport according to your requirement. Simply click on the desired mode of transport and then choose the method of payment for the goods. After selecting the required services, click the "Complete order" button.

You will be taken to a page where you can choose whether you are a private person (i.e. you are ordering goods for your own use) or whether you are a company or an entrepreneur and you are purchasing goods for business purposes. Below you enter the mandatory invoicing data (which is also the delivery address and if you have an invoicing address different from the delivery address, check the box "Delivery address is different" which will allow you to enter a different delivery address). After completely entering the address and contact information, click the "Continue" button.

You will reach the last page, where you will find a complete summary of the order and selected delivery services with the delivery address. If everything agrees, you need to have your agreement with the terms and conditions of the JediSHOP online store checked and then just click on "I agree to the terms and binding order" and your order has been successfully completed.
