Puppycat is back and he is absolutely dripped out with his new outfit. He is dressed in a light pink helmet that is decorated with a big pink bow on the top. Attached to the helmet is a see through pink visor that covers his eyes. He has his iconic pink collar with the big yellow bell attached underneath a fashionable rider jacket.
